DescriptionWe work on behalf of our client National Gas. We change and maintain gas meters that belong to National Gas. We have several engineers that cover areas across the country, Northeast & Yorkshire, Northwest, West Midlands, East Mids, East Anglia and London. We work on a in -house system and allocate work to engineers covering the areas. We are time constraint on the appointments, so we also Jeopardise each job is attended within time bands and work to SLA’s and this in turn goes towards ours KPI’s. Key Responsibilities Most calls received would be from an engineer or the client however you may take a call from a customer requesting to book an appointment. In the summer months we proactively make outbound calls to customers to gain appointments.
