Job DescriptionFull Time, 35 hours per week We're looking for an Assistant Merchandiser to join our US Watches Merchandise Team, based from our Support Centre in Leicester - Carlton Park.As the Assistant Merchandiser, you will assist in planning, controlling, and monitoring the purchase, intake, and distribution of merchandise in order to maximise sales and profit in the assigned departments in line with the Company values. You will analyse and react to sales trends, collaborating with internal and external business partners to drive profitable growth.About YouConsiderable experience within a retail merchandising, allocator, or retail analyst arenaEvidence of supervising and coaching other team members to deliver outstanding resultsExperience of working within a budget whilst identifying trading opportunities to drive profitable salesHighly numerical and analyticalExcellent planning and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesStrong Excel skillsExceptional communication and interpersonal skillsSelf-motivated and ambitiousCommercial acumenAbout UsDid you know we're a FTSE-250 retail company employing nearly 3,000 people across the UK, Europe, and the United States.
