We achieve this by leveraging our best practices, extensive delivery experience, award-winning enablement programs, and robust support infrastructure.The Role:As an AI Deployment Architect, you will work directly with customers to understand their problems and design, deploy and scale innovative AI solutions and automations using our Process Intelligence platform. In a pre-sales and post sales capacity you will work closely with other AI experts across Product & Engineering and GTM to standardize these solutions and bring them to our customer base at scale. We are ideally looking for individuals with in-depth practical experience in delivering solutions to our customers.The work you’ll do:Pitch the Celonis AI value proposition and vision to customers and align our solutions with their AI strategyPrototype, develop, deploy and scale AI solutions tailored to customer needs, including both traditional machine learning and LLM-based solutionsIdentify and package scalable AI use cases across the Celonis platform, driving innovation and expanding our offeringsCollect and share AI success stories with the whole organization and our customersHelp define and lead execution on the roadmap for AI Lighthouse customersClosely collaborate with Product & Engineering and the Business Apps Teams to inform future product development based on customer feedbackTrain internal teams and help them position and deploy AI solutionsDesign and architecting end-to-end deployments that encompass AI, PI & AutomationThe preferred qualifications you need:Experience in an analytical role with the objective to demonstrate or secure value through business data analysis, business process improvement and/or respective Software deployment. Ideally in a customer-facing role with a Consultancy or Business Software / SaaS Provider.
