METTLER TOLEDO is seeking an OEM Field Sales Representative to manage and expand our presence within a designated sales territory. In this role, you will develop and nurture relationships with existing customers and prospects, promoting our innovative products and services to achieve or exceed sales targets aligned with budget goals. Key Responsibilities: * Grow UK sales of industrial products targeting OEMs and System Integrators. * Focus on defined high-potential accounts and opportunities to maximise growth. * Gather comprehensive account and market intelligence to formulate effective account penetration strategies. * Fully utilise sales tools, including Digital Sales Enablement Tools and CRM systems, to enhance sales and marketing efforts. * Promote and sell METTLER TOLEDO products, including SSPOS, while supporting cross-SBU and cross-divisional activities. * Develop and maintain strong business relationships with prospects and customers within a designated geographical area. * Build and sustain effective collaboration with all internal departments to support business objectives.What You Need to Succeed* Proven track record in field sales, preferably selling industrial products * Strong strategic account management skills * Excellent consultative selling and solution-selling skills * Proficiency with CRM and digital sales enablement tools for pipeline management, forecasting and reporting. * Strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen, with a focus on driving profitable outcomes. * Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory.Our Offer to You* Company car * Annual leave starting at 25 days plus Bank Holidays, increasing to 29 days with service milestones. * Global career development opportunities. * Family-friendly policies with flexible working. * Support for individual learning and career growth. * Option to buy or sell up to 5 extra annual leave days. * Employee health and wellbeing programs including BUPA healthcare and Employee Assistance Program. * Trustee-based pension scheme with life assurance coverage. * Inclusive and fun culture with team-building and charity events.Equal Opportunity EmploymentWe promote equal opportunity worldwide and value diversity in our global workforce, which reflects the diversity in the many countries in which we operate internationally.
