My client is a global leading Digital Consultancy specialising in Cloud Adoption, Digital Transformation & NextGen AI Solutions, with over 20 office across the UK and offering a hybrid working policy of 2 days onsite/3 days remote + ad hoc client site travel when required.We're are looking for multiple Jnr-Mid & Snr level Interaction Designers to join a rapidly growing team, your work will span various projects within the UK Government, requiring a strong understanding of agile methodologies and the ability to work in a fast-paced, iterative environment.Jnr-Mid level budget (must possess a minimum of 4 years Interaction/UX Design experience): £55000 + full benefits + hybrid workingSnr level budget (must possess a minimum of 6 years Interaction/UX Design experience): £70000 + full benefits + hybrid workingPrimary skills and experience required:Must be Eligible for SC ClearanceExperience working with Government Digital Service (GDS) service standards, using GDS design principles would be preferredGrounding in user-centred design, from concept to final deliveryKnowledge of which tools, process, or methods to use and how to bring an agile delivery team along with youAbility to engage with development teams and architects to ensure data and technical considerations are accommodated within the designEvidence of working with user centred design colleagues to synthesise insights and act on the outcomesExperience of working with senior stakeholders to get their input and buy-inExperience using a range of design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Invision, etc. and the ability to quickly learn new design tools as required.Ability to build prototypes using code to create dynamic prototypes using HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript and any experience working with GOV.UK prototyping toolkit would be highly advantageous.Consultancy and/or Government experience is preferred, but is not a must-have requirement.
