If you decide to join us, you will be a valued part of the ever growing Bucher Municipal family.What the job involves: You will be responsible for designated teams of assembly fitters encouraging team spirit, supervising and working to workshop schedules and production targets. Main duties include management of the production process through the assembly areas. Ensure timely production of assemblies and achieve output levels in line with the master schedule. Set daily/weekly targets in all work areas after weekly meetings with the Production Control Department. Maintain disciplines in procedures, health & safety, good housekeeping and general conduct. Desirable Attributes: Technical understanding of Hydraulic, Pneumatics and Electrical systems. A knowledge of lean principles. Benefits of working for us: Competitive Pension Scheme.
