With capacity for up to 68 residents, we offer round-the-clock personalised Residential, Nursing, Dementia, Respite and Palliative care for older individuals.We are looking for kind-hearted and reliable Care Assistants to join our team, with day shift and bank opportunities available. Whether you are experienced or completely new to care, we’ll ensure you feel valued, supported and proud of the work you do.What We Offer£12.70 per hour£500 Welcome Bonus (£250 after 3 months, £250 after 6 months)Up to 48 hours per week, flexible shiftsPaid PVG, uniform, meals, and onsite parking5.6 weeks annual leave (full-time)Ongoing training, development and career progressionMonthly rewards, wellbeing days, and team activitiesWhat You Will DoAs a Care Assistant, you’ll support residents with everyday tasks such as personal care, mobility, mealtimes and companionship.
