Supply Planner – UK (Pharmaceuticals)I’m partnering with a leading global pharmaceutical organisation to recruit a proactive Supply Planner for their UK operations team. This role ensures the smooth flow of products into the UK market, maintaining optimal inventory levels and strong service performance. (Approx. 10–20% travel.)Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate product replenishment from global sites into UK logistics providers.Maintain inventory levels across multiple locations, ensuring effective stock rotation.Manage direct-to-pharmacy order fulfilment and resolve delivery issues.Track service levels, analyse root causes, and drive corrective actions.Report key supply chain KPIs and recommend process improvements.Key Requirements3+ years’ experience in supply chain planning (pharma, FMCG, or similar).Solid knowledge of inventory, replenishment, and fulfilment processes.Strong Excel and ERP skills.Excellent communication and problem-solving ability.Collaborative team player.Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field.Experience with SAP, PowerBI/Tableau, or automation tools.Background in 3PL/distributor management.Understanding of UK GDP regulations.About Planet Pharma:Planet Pharma is an American parented Employment Business/Agency that provides global staffing services with its head-quarters in Chicago and our EMEA regional office located in Central London.
