Seafood Buyer – ManufacturingLocation: Grimsby (with travel to stores / suppliers)Employment Type: Full Time Mon - FriAbout the RoleWe’re looking for a passionate commercially minded Seafood Buyer to join our Manufacturing team in Grimsby. In this key role, you’ll be responsible for shaping and delivering the highest standards for our Myton customers, ensuring exceptional product quality, operational efficiency, and outstanding customer service.You’ll be the expert voice on seafood within our manufacturing and retail operations, helping to optimise everything from sourcing and quality assessments, yield, waste reduction, and colleague training. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where your decisions will directly impact product quality, availability, and margin.What You’ll Do Define and implement best-in-class operating procedures across the seafood divisionEnsure all seafood products meet Myton’s food safety and quality standards.Build strong relationships with suppliers and maintain a supply base that consistently delivers quality and value.Keeping up to date with seafood trends and consumer preferences to inform decisions.
