Job DescriptionWe’re looking for a Service Design Analyst to join our GFIT Application Services team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in shaping and delivering service support processes that ensure new and changing IT services are seamlessly integrated into business-as-usual operations.If you’re passionate about service excellence and enjoy working collaboratively across teams, this could be the perfect opportunity for youWhat you’ll be doing:Designing and delivering service support processes aligned with best practice and strategic objectivesEnsuring onward run and maintain support requirements are agreed within Service DesignsProducing service support artefacts including operating procedures, team interfaces and service knowledgeBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective deliveryProviding input for new and changing services in the GFIT Service Catalogue throughout the lifecycleMaintaining and improving the Service Design Framework, embedding policies and proceduresSupporting teams with the people, processes and materials needed for new and changed servicesQualificationsWho we’re looking for:ITIL Foundation qualification or equivalent IT Service Management experienceUnderstanding of Service Design frameworks, ITSM processes and SDLC methodologiesKnowledge of ITSM platforms including workflow, reporting and monitoring toolsExperience working in regulated environments and IT operationsStrong stakeholder engagement and communication skillsWhatever your role, we reward performance and behaviour with a package that looks after all the things that are important to you.
