With a global footprint and a strong UK client base, the business is focused on standardising delivery, improving client experience, and driving operational excellence across its quantitative research division.The Role:As Head of Quantitative Research, you’ll take ownership of project delivery and client satisfaction across the UK business. You’ll lead a team of talented project managers and client service professionals, ensuring high-quality execution, strong financial performance, and exceptional client outcomes.You’ll be responsible for:Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of quantitative project managersBuilding trusted relationships with key healthcare clients and overseeing client service improvement plansEmbedding best-in-class standards across every stage of the project lifecyclePartnering with internal teams (Engineering, HR, Compliance) to enhance systems, processes, and people developmentDriving efficiency, profitability, and client satisfaction KPIs across multiple marketsSupporting integration of new acquisitions and ensuring a seamless client experienceLeading from the front — ensuring projects run smoothly, challenges are resolved proactively, and the team delivers consistent excellenceYour Skills & Experience:You’ll bring a mix of hands-on research expertise and proven team leadership, including:8+ years’ experience in quantitative research or market research operations (healthcare sector preferred)3+ years managing a team (both junior and senior staff)A deep understanding of quantitative project delivery across UK and international marketsExperience managing operations, project management and fieldwork teamsProven ability to drive client satisfaction, profitability, and delivery standardsStrong commercial and people management skillsExcellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational abilityExperience managing large research portfolios (£10m+)Why Join?You’ll be stepping into a senior leadership position with genuine influence over the direction of the UK business.
