As the Agent Product Support Executive, you will have a diverse and varied role. You’ll collaborate with our global teams to support company initiatives and uncover innovative solutions, while taking a proactive approach to your day-to-day responsibilities.Responsibilities & DutiesSupport operational booking agents with day-to-day ticketing activities and transactionsAssist all operational teams with reissue requests, including quoting and processing ticket reissuesProvide day-to-day support to operational agents on all GDS processesResolve any ticketing and reissue issues that ariseHelp process the booking and invoicing of NDC bookingsProcess all types of TAG refund requests within the required timeframesHandle refund queries from the back office BSP team and other personnelAdhere to PCI procedures in accordance with regulation and Company policyQualificationsExtensive travel agent experience in a trading or supporting roleComprehensive Travelport+ GDS experience and knowledge of all GDS ticketing scenariosExpertise in specialist fare types, reading fare rules, ticketing, ticket reissues and processing refundsUnderstanding of nett fare mark-ups to maximise profitKnowledge of GDS technical processes incl. scripting functionsKnowledge of ADM investigation & resolutionExperience TAG PerksCompetitive salary DOEHealthcare cash-back schemeWellness/EAP programmeEmployee discountsEnhanced employer pension contributionsService-based holiday entitlementWe are committed to offering an equal opportunity for all employees and applicants.
