About The RoleWe are looking to grow our Transport Planning Team with the addition of a Transport Planner. You will be a key part of the team, helping with daily route planning, managing our fleet resources and ensuring the transport planning runs smoothly.What Wren Offer: Life Assurance after 2 years' service Personalised progression plan with clear career opportunities Individual training budget for personal development EE discount Staff discount on purchasing a kitchen/bedroom after 1 year of continuous service Eye Care Vouchers Refer a Friend Scheme Free onsite gym Key responsibilities of this role will include: Daily route planning using HDX and Paragon software Management of fleet resource and driver shift patterns Manipulation of customer delivery matrix in line with forecast figures Emergency customer scheduling Ensure production workload is consistent daily Reporting on key logistics KPI’s Pro-actively resolve potential customer and store queries Work as a team to achieve the daily and weekly targets Offer problem solving solutions Management of customer order flow About You Who are we looking for?
