This role can be based anywhere in the UK, with no fixed office but will require up to 50% travel for the first 6 months of the role.The Project lead is a key member of the Field service team, responsible for guiding new customer implementations of the Olympus Ecosystem software. This role requires strong project management skills to coordinate various tasks such as gathering technical requirements, creating project plans, adhering to schedules, organising training sessions, and ensuring smooth handoffs to support teams. The Project Lead will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, product management, customer support, and quality assurance.Your ResponsibilitiesTo serve as the project lead on Implementation of Olympus software into HospitalsBeing the main point of customer contacts post-salesCreating project timelines using department wide templates, customising as needed per customer/project.Organising both customer and internal documentationAssisting customers in project discovery phase, gathering technical requirements and limitations, including networking review, architecture review, etcOrganising correct resources for all contributing parties on all sides (Olympus, customer, 3rd party)Conducting weekly project status meeting, ensuring detailed meeting notes are captured and shared out to all contributing partiesWorking with Hospital IT infrastructure and in country Olympus resources to schedule and complete installations, including prework and on site installationsEnsuring customers are trained properly and fully leading up to project GO LIVETransition projects over to support teams seamlesslySupports the customer success team to ensure all customer expectations are metAssists with updating project templates and SOPs as software product evolvesShares project statuses with internal stakeholders, ensuring company is always driving forwardOversight and standardisation, and implementation of best practicesYour QualificationsMinimum 3+ professional years of experience in the project management fieldHealthcare experience is highly desired for this role (Alongside software implementation experience)In-depth working knowledge of the UK NHS, provider environmentProject Management background, including contract understanding, project schedule creationAbility to present information in a structured and balanced mannerAbility to interact with sales, service, support and all levels of leadership.Strong customer service skills and the ability to deal with difficult customer situationsStrong numerical and analytical capability to understand underlying behavioural trends and to measure the resultsFamiliarity with software development processes, agile methodologies, and QA practicesDemonstrated ability to work under pressure and manage multiple escalated cases concurrentlyMust be able to work as part of a cross divisional team.Ability to travel up to 50% of the time - UK MainlandHighly motivated, proactive and enthusiastic and able to work with minimum supervision and with the ability to meet deadlines and work within agreed budgetsUnderstanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) principles and practicesYour competenciesPatient Focus - We put patients at the heart of everythingIntegrity - We do the right thingInnovation - We look for new ways to make things betterImpact - We take accountability and get things doneEmpathy - We care for one another and work togetherYour benefitsIn addition to a competitive salary, you will receive a generous annual leave entitlementYou will be eligible to receive private medical coverComprehensive company pension schemeYou will receive an annual health check with BUPA, funded by usEmployee Assistance Program to support your health, mental and emotional-wellbeingAt our HQ, we have a subsidised staff restaurant and free parkingOther benefits include discounted gym and wellness memberships, cashback and discounts with major UK retailersFurther information:We value the diversity of individuals, perspectives, and lifestyles, and prioritise inclusion and mutual respect.
