Electrical Supervisor Location: Barrow upon HumberSalary: £55,000 + Tonnage Bonus + OvertimeHours: 6am-2pm | 180-hour monthly contract (overtime paid over this)Key Responsibilities:Support the Engineering Manager in overseeing the electrical operations on siteLead, mentor, and support the electrical team in a busy automated bulk terminal environmentManage projects and CAPEXWork on and maintain cranes, control panels, and PLC-based systemsSupervise and coordinate contractors and third-party engineersDrive and maintain high Health & Safety standards across electrical operationsContribute to the installation and integration of new electrical systems and technologiesEnsure compliance with statutory regulations and internal standardsHands-on involvement with fault-finding, diagnostics, and continuous improvement initiativesAbout You:Experienced Electrical Supervisor (or similar senior role) in an industrial or automated settingStrong technical background with cranes, control panels, and ideally PLC systemsAP12 qualification is a bonusProven leadership skills – able to manage and develop a team in a high-demand environmentStrong awareness of Health & Safety practices and regulationsProactive, confident, and not afraid to take ownership or drive improvementsFlexible approach to shift and weekend work as part of the team’s rotaWhat’s in It for You?£55,000 salaryTonnage bonusOvertime paid (hours over 180/month)Matched pension contributions (up to 10%)Generous annual leave allowanceClear opportunities for development and progressionAccess to training and upskilling programmesEmployee Assistance ProgrammeIf this sounds like you or if you have any questions, reach out to me on the details below or click apply today.To Contact Directly:Zoe MurraySenior Executive Consultant📞 Phone: 0151 209 2050📧 Email: zoe.murray@aspion.co.uk
