You will also be responsible for the fleet of vehicles and the facilities required to run the local operations both on the streets and in the warehouses. Are you ready to join the Voiage?THE VOIAGESet up and continuously improve on operational workflows by applying best practices while localising and contributing with new improvements to the wider fleet management communityResponsible for running efficient and H&S compliant operations, including field logistics, repair operations and facility management - both in daily operations and negotiations with landlordsDrive operational excellence through continuous monitoring of KPIs and taking immediate action where necessary to improve performance together with your teamResponsible for managing relationships with local 3PL partners on a strategic and day-to-day level with the support of your teamOwn the delivery of defined targets for the operation in your city or region, incl. Budget goals around the costs of operatingRecruit, onboard and engage required roles to keep the business running all year aroundResponsible for Workforce and facilities capacity planning to always be able to meet demand and achieve the lowest cost of operating possibleMaximise fleet availability - through your local fleet team keep all of our vehicles on the street available for our users as many hours of the day as possibleFoster a collaborative and friendly working environment, while driving best-in-class performanceEnsure a safe work environment, ensuring that our operational vehicles, facilities and personnel adhere to set Health & Safety guidelines and policies.WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO EMBARK3-5 years of experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, production or similarExperience managing a large team of peopleUnderstanding of business management, financial principles and MS Office, G-SuiteYou are fluent in EnglishExcellent communication skills and experience interacting with senior stakeholdersProblem-solving skillsAble to work and structure your work independently with little management oversightYou are able to be on the warehouse site up to 90% of your time and travel to the markets/warehouses which you are responsible for when needed.WHY VOI?Working at Voi is more than just a job; Our People Promise includes a personal Voiage where you will grow as a professional and be a part of a team and culture that builds something meaningful for society.
