Slowear is looking for a talented and motivated Store Manager to lead our King’s Road store in London.This role represents an exciting opportunity to manage one of our corners and to embody a brand that stands for timeless elegance, refined Italian craftsmanship, and a distinctive approach to contemporary retail.As Store Manager, you will be responsible for guiding and inspiring your team, ensuring an exceptional client experience, and driving the boutique’s overall performance. You will act as an ambassador of Slowear values, fostering long-term client relationships, and overseeing all aspects of store operations with passion and attention to detail.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and motivate the boutique team to deliver outstanding and personalized client experiences.Drive sales performance and ensure achievement of store targets through effective business strategies.Build and maintain long-term client relationships, leveraging CRM and clienteling to nurture loyalty.Oversee daily operations including stock management, merchandising, visual standards, and store maintenance.Analyze KPIs, provide regular reporting, and implement action plans for continuous improvement.Recruit, train, and develop team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.Uphold Slowear’s values of sustainability, inclusion, and refined Italian style in every interaction.Profile4–6 years of experience in retail management, ideally within premium or luxury fashion.Strong leadership and people management skills, with a proven ability to inspire and develop teams.Solid background in clienteling and CRM, with a passion for creating lasting client connections.Results-driven mindset, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Deep passion for quality, design, and long-lasting fashion.Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a hands-on, proactive approach.Why Join UsAt Slowear, we offer more than a career — we offer the opportunity to join a brand that celebrates lasting quality, cultural heritage, and authentic human connection.
