Passion, commitment and tradition have created a unique fashion style.Job Description: Luxury Sales Consultant – Selfridges – 16 Hours/WeekWe are currently seeking a Part-Time Sales Consultant for MaxMara in Selfridges.Main Responsibilities:Assists the customers in accordance with the Brand philosophy, service and quality standardsPursue the specific objectives assigned by the Store Manager in order to contribute in the achievement of the overall objectives of the store, both individually and in a teamClientele activitiesEnsure that all merchandise is properly displayed and organized;Maintain and update professional and technical knowledge;Delivers excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction;Deals with customer queries and complaints;Acts as ambassador of the customer-centric logic within the store;Profile:The ideal candidate will:Demonstrate good conversational English.Have relevant experience in luxury retail.Develop and maintain strong client relationships.Ensure each customer receives a consistent and professional serviceBe motivated to achieve personal and team goals and have worked to KPIs.Continuously maintain high standards.At least 1 year of relevant experience is a minimum
