We pride ourselves on being at the forefront of technology innovation and we invite you along on this journey.Job DescriptionManagement of the Purchase ledger teamEnsure timely and accurate processing and payment of purchase invoice, expenses and related itemsAct as key contact for the group / third parties in resolution of queries Promote continuous process improvement, improving use of automation and system controlsEnsure purchase ledger controls are operating effectively and following robust issue management techniquesDevelop and produce timely management information, monitoring productivity of team members and delivering KPIs at expected levels.Support related project implementation, in particular continued roll out new Finance systems and integration of acquired entities’ purchase ledger functions.Management and development of team; coaching of key AP skills and techniquesQualificationsExperienced people and process manager with a proven track-record in purchase ledger or similar operational finance function.Problem solver, able to lead and direct the team but also willing to be hands-on in understanding systems, processes and issues as they arise.A confident & professional approach to challenging situations Excellent attention to detailAbility to communicate at all levelsHighly organised and ability to prioritise and manage own workloadExperience in large, high volume, multi-currency organisation (Desirable)Additional InformationBenefitsA friendly culture that mirrors our proposition to our customers.
