We’re looking for a proactive Materials Handler to keep shopfloor operations running smoothly by ensuring materials, parts, and supplies are always where they need to be. What you’ll do:Replenish stock on a fixed route to prevent delays and downtimeMove materials and finished goods across production areasRemove waste and keep workspaces 5S clean and organisedUpdate visual management boards and support changeoversMonitor workstation inventory & process ERP transactionsHelp solve day-to-day issues to keep production flowing What you’ll bring:Strong health & safety mindsetGreat time management & communication skillsHigh attention to detail and a quality-driven approachPhysically fit with a solid work ethicManufacturing or aerospace experience (advantageous)Confident using Windows systems; Epicor experience a plusGCSEs (A*–C or equivalent) including Maths & English Shift Pattern:Day shifts Mon–Thurs (6/7am - 3:45/4:45pm) with potential late-shift rotation.
