As our industry continues to grow, so do we We are now looking for a Student Assistant Strategy to help assist shaping the future of Cadeler.What will you do?As our new Student Assistant Strategy, you will analyse the market to uncover insights about competitors, industry trends, and potential risks and opportunities. You will also track technological advancements and innovations to help ensure Cadeler remains informed and strategically aligned with the latest developments in the sector.Your Main Tasks IncludeAssist the team in driving key strategic projects within areas like fleet expansion, M&A, geographical expansion, and scope expansion.Assist the team in drafting clear presentations based on solid data analysis using tools like PowerPoint and Excel. Assist in setting, following, and adjusting the long-term organizational strategy and supporting the Leadership Teams and Board by creating strategic proposals and presentationsSupport the commercial team with insights and strategic support in project selection and tender processes.Assist in resolving ad hoc requests as they arise.Collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation and coordinate data/insights collection.To succeed in this roleBeing part of the Cadeler community means you will have a natural interest and care for the environment and our shared mission to speed up the green energy transition. Your environmental considerations and the safety of our people and the planet will be a key priority in your daily work.We are looking for a curious and proactive profile, who has outstanding research and analytical abilities and sees collective success as more important than individual credit.We think you will be a good match if you:Preferably enrolled in the last year of a relevant bachelor’s or in the beginning of a master’s program (e.g., Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Strategy, Industrial Engineering, or similar)Preferably 1 year of experience from one or more relevant student positionsStrong interest in strategy and corporate developmentStrong analytical skills: able to gather, structure, and interpret data, and draw meaningful insightsProven skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (data work) and PowerPoint (presentation work)Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal — able to present findings clearly to different stakeholdersCome work with us By becoming a Cadeler employee, you will be part of a rapidly growing company with a diverse and energetic team.
