This role will play a pivotal part in shaping and expanding this portfolio globally.About YouYou are a Travel Product Professional with 7–10+ years of experience and have successfully defined and delivered Supply-focused execution plans with tangible results.You have a passion for Travel and/or the Vacation Rental sector and are looking for your next role.You relish the opportunity to impact the global expansion of a company and work collaboratively at all levels.Your experience will have made you familiar with the demands of an early-stage business and you take a practical approach to delivering value and results.Responsibilities: Functional LeadershipLead the Exceptional Homes Commercial Product (Supply) acquisition, growth, and managementDevelop, plan, and execute the Exceptional Homes Commercial Product plan that underpins our business strategy, goals, and ambition of global scaleIdentify new Exceptional Homes product opportunities worldwide based on key metrics and statisticsProspect, target, manage, and expand a pipeline and portfolio to achieve business targetsNegotiate and close deals to grow revenue, manage product margin, and add value for all partiesAccount manage the relationships with partners, including regular business reviews, feedback, and strategic planningWatch and analyse trends, markets, and competition and derive insights appropriate for a U/HNW clienteleEnhance functional processes including legal review and accounting compliance, and adhere to regulatory standardsWork collaboratively across the business and make business decisions that are researched, analysed, planned, and commercially and financially soundAct as an ambassador and role model for the business, both internally and externallyProject-manage execution in a structured, performance-driven and timely manner, and communicate across the businessContribute to strategic planning and setting of Company budget and forecastControl, track, and report on functional performance versus growth budget and forecastDefine, manage, and communicate KPIs to assess and drive functional performanceHire new team members when requiredRequirementsProven successful experience and expertise of 7–10+ years as a manager of Commercial Product or Purchasing in the Travel industry or Vacation Rental industry specifically, ideally with exposure to luxury segments such as Exceptional Homes or equivalentAn established network of industry contactsExemplary negotiation skills and excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to eloquently convey business propositionsSenior-level business acumen and concise communication skills are essential in this role, including delivering an agenda at senior levelAnalytical and problem-solving skills, with a practical numbers-oriented mindDemonstrated performance in advanced planning and measured executionA close eye for details is a necessity for reviewing and approving contracts as well as propertiesAdept at successfully mitigating risks and capturing opportunities by planning aheadA positive mindset and forward-thinking attitude; a believer in our mission and execution planTrue team player with excellent relationship-building skillsAbility to travel internationally regularlyBSc/BA, MBA or other relevant graduate degree is a plusOur Commitment to YouLearning & Development: Your success is our success.
