We’re looking for an experienced Student Records Manager to lead our Student Records team and keep our learner data in great shape from enrolment to completion.In this role, you’ll make sure our student information is accurate, compliant and ready for funding, audit and reporting. You’ll work closely with curriculum, MIS, finance and support teams to keep everything running smoothly. If you enjoy organising, problem-solving and improving systems, this could be the perfect next step.⭐ What you’ll doLead the day-to-day work of the Student Records teamOversee enrolment and exams to ensure a great learner experienceMaintain the annual Course File and timetablesManage statutory funding returns (ILR, HESES)Support audits and ensure data compliance (DfE, OfS, devolved authorities)Produce reports to support planning and performanceChampion GDPR and data protection across the servicešŸ‘‹ About YouYou’ll have experience working with FE or HE data, strong knowledge of funding rules, and confidence leading a busy team.
