You’ll lead the implementation of our Maintenance Excellence Roadmap, champion reliability and performance improvements, and embed a culture of continuous improvement across our engineering teams.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the annual Maintenance Excellence implementation planDrive critical engineering processes and reliability-centred maintenance (RCM)Champion root cause analysis and top-loss performance improvementEnhance CMMS usage and inventory management strategiesSupport Autonomous Maintenance and 5S initiativesFacilitate RCM workshops and develop standard routines for critical equipmentCollaborate across teams to deliver cost-effective maintenance solutionsPromote a strong safety culture and operational excellence mindsetWhat You’ll BringProven experience in maintenance leadership within a manufacturing or FMCG environmentStrong knowledge of CMMS systems (e.g., SAP, Movex, Mainsaver)Expertise in RCA, FMECA, and lean methodologiesExcellent people management and coaching skillsA passion for continuous improvement and innovationAbility to influence and collaborate across functions and levelsWhy Join Us?At Müller, We Don’t Just Make Dairy Products, We Make Careers.
