Including you.What experience you'll needHere's what we think you'll need to be successful here:Required:Familiarity with IaC (Terraform, Python, Powershell and willingness to learn advanced practicesExposure to Devops and CI/CD Concepts (eg Harness Backstage)Foundational knowledge of Azure LZ Services (eg storage, monitoring etc)Implement and maintain Policy and Management Group structures under guidance, ensuring compliance and alignment with enterprise standards.Support Disaster Recovery (DR) and Backup configurations, following established patterns and contributing to resilience testing.Configure monitoring and alerting solutions using Azure Monitor and Log Analytics to enable proactive issue detection.Contribute to team knowledge sharing and peer support, demonstrating collaborative behaviours and learning from senior engineers.Work with other Labs and Platform teams to integrate landing zone components and follow agreed design principles.Adopt an SRE mindset by applying automation and observability practices to improve reliability and reduce manual effort.Preferred:Good understanding of Azure services including storage, monitoring, backup/recovery, management groups, subscriptions, networking, and firewalls.Awareness of FinOps principles and ability to apply cost optimization techniques under guidance.Security-conscious engineering approach, including basic identity and access management principles and handling of keys/secrets.Familiarity with governance tooling such as Azure Policy and ability to apply predefined policies.Experience with platform automation for asset tracking and cost management scenarios.Ability to collaborate with compliance and risk teams to implement technical controls based on regulatory requirements.About working for usOur focus is to ensure we're inclusive every day, building an organisation that reflects modern society and celebrates diversity in all its forms.
