With its core brands, Zumtobel, Thorn and Tridonic, the Group offers its customers around the world a comprehensive portfolio of products and services.SpotLIGHT of the jobHead of Healthcare Lighting is a strategic role with the focus on growing our Healthcare lighting business through identifying opportunities, building relationships and implementing effective business development strategies.ResponsibilitiesYou will be a healthcare sector specialist to support the salesforce in accessing healthcare opportunities.You will establish new customer networks with a broad mix of customer types including contractors, end users and specifiers.Develop and implement a detailed sales plan which integrates with the regional sales plans.Understanding of the Healthcare Estates management and the new build construction markets to identify new opportunities for growth.You can ensure we are approved on the right frameworks to access projects.Identifying the correct conferences and exhibitions to represent the business appropriately.You will influence the required product strategy and marketing campaigns.Skills & ExperienceYou should have an understanding of the lighting, construction or building services sector with relevant experience in lighting within the healthcare sector.Proven track record of profitable long-term business partnerships and strong commercial mind-set.Previous experience of administrative activities via Salesforce would be an advantage but is not essential.You are a great communicator with excellent presentation and negotiation skills.You are a natural relationship builder who works closely with colleagues to ensure that the customer is at the heart of everything you do.You have the ability to perform in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.You encounter challenges with a positive attitude and have an interest in technology.You have a curious mind with a desire for continuous improvement and development.High level of computer skills (MS Office, SAP, Salesforce).
