In this hands-on role, you'll diagnose and resolve technical faults, perform installations and networking of Multi-Function Devices, and provide customers with insightful training to maximize their equipment's potential.Working in a fast-paced environment, you'll collaborate with a dynamic service team to meet key performance targets and SLAs, ensuring optimal customer satisfaction. Your technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and commitment to exceptional service will be instrumental in maintaining Konica Minolta's reputation for excellence.You'll stay ahead of the latest industry advancements with ongoing training, including hands-on, computer-based, and overnight residential courses when required.
