This is an exceptional opportunity for a quality professional looking to step into a role where they can truly make an impact within a forward-thinking and supportive organisation.The RoleThe successful Senior Quality Engineer will support the day-to-day quality engineering function, ensuring that products, processes, and systems meet the highest standards. You will lead continuous improvement activities, drive root cause analysis, and work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance operational performance and promote a culture of quality throughout the business.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and support daily quality engineering activities on-siteDrive problem-solving initiatives, including root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actionsEnsure compliance with quality standards, customer requirements, and regulatory frameworksSupport New Product Introduction (NPI) and process improvement projectsProvide technical guidance and mentoring to junior team membersCollaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain to improve product quality and consistencyWhat We’re Looking ForProven experience as a Quality Engineer or Senior Quality Engineer within a manufacturing environmentStrong knowledge of quality systems and methodologies (e.g., 8D, FMEA, CAPA, ISO standards)Excellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong communicator with the ability to influence across all levels of the businessDetail-oriented with a proactive, hands-on approachIf you’re a motivated Quality Engineer / Senior Quality Engineer seeking a new challenge and would consider relocating to a beautiful part of the UK, I’d love to discuss this opportunity with you.
