At bk plus we are seeking a Insolvency Case Administrator to join our growing team. As an accountancy firm on a rapid growth plan through acquisition and are looking for a Insolvency Case Administrator to join the team.Brief Job DescriptionRunning your own portfolio of insolvency cases from inception to completion (all case types) Including (but not limited to):Preparing documentation in accordance with statutory requirementsCorresponding with directors (with Case Manager support)Corresponding with creditors and debtorsmanaging insolvency estate accountsaccurate record keepingattending site and any associated mattersliaising with solicitors and agentsproviding support during meetingsassisting with the development and implementation of strategies to maximise recoveries in insolvency casesundertaking investigations into directors’ conduct and company affairs (including financial analysis)distributions to creditors/shareholdersmanagement of case diaries/tasks and case progressionCollaborating with Case Managers to ensure cases are progressed in a timely and compliance mannerProviding guidance and support to less experienced members of the teamDelegating work to others as an when requiredCollaborating with team members to streamline processes and improve efficienciesParticipating in training sessions and professional development activitiesDemonstrating a strong commitment to ethical and transparent conduct in all interactionsDiversity & Inclusion at bk plusAt bk plus, inclusion and diversity are central to our values.
