At dunnhumby, we’re looking for a Group Account Manager to lead high-impact client relationships across Tesco Group entities, driving joint value creation for global brands.This is a pivotal role within our Client Leadership team, where you’ll act as a strategic advisor to senior stakeholders, shaping future propositions and delivering measurable commercial outcomes.What You’ll DoOwn and deliver strategic account plans for major CPG clients, aligning insight-led solutions with their growth ambitions.Drive commercial growth, identifying scalable opportunities and expanding scope beyond briefs.Build trusted partnerships with C-suite stakeholders across Marketing, Product, Category, Sales, and Executive teams.Lead innovation, designing and piloting new propositions that deliver measurable impact across Tesco and brand partners.Influence internal roadmaps, ensuring dunnhumby’s products and solutions are client-first and commercially relevant.Champion client needs across dunnhumby, Tesco, and external partners to maximise joint value.Use consultative and challenger sales methodologies to drive revenue and long-term impact.What You’ll BringExtensive experience in senior commercial roles within leading CPGs or brand organisations.Proven success in driving sales and margin growth through strategic account planning and transformation.Strong track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing complex stakeholder relationships.Deep understanding of consumer, retail, and data-led marketing landscapes.Experience in coaching and developing high-performing teams.Comfort operating in ambiguity and pivoting quickly to market signals.Thought leadership in data, insight, and brand growth strategy.Why join dunnhumby?We work at the intersection of retail, data science, and brand strategy, helping the world’s biggest CPGs grow through smarter decisions.
