Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver engaging sessions for the Level 3 Digital Marketing curriculum (Gateway Qualifications or equivalent).Teach core topics: SEO, content marketing, paid ads, analytics, email marketing, social media strategy, CMS tools, and campaign planning.Support learners through real-world projects, assignments, and portfolios.Conduct internal quality assurance for Digital Marketing qualifications.Sample assessments, standardise marking, and maintain compliance with awarding body requirements.Ensure assessment decisions meet the required standard of validity, reliability, and fairness.Work with assessors/trainers to provide constructive feedback and continuous improvement support.Provide 1:1 guidance, feedback, and career support to learners.Track learner progress and maintain accurate records for audits and funding compliance.Participate in standardisation, moderation, and quality meetings. Required Qualifications & ExperienceGateway Qualifications Level 4 Diploma in Digital MarketingExperience teaching or assessing digital marketing at Level 3/4.Strong understanding of modern digital marketing tools and platforms.Previous experience in FE, apprenticeships, bootcamps, or vocational training delivery.Excellent communication, facilitation, and learner engagement skills.Ability to work independently and maintain high standards of quality and compliance.
