This is your chance to make a real difference in people’s lives while building your career in a dynamic, supportive environment.What You’ll Do:Lead daily gym operations and ensure an exceptional member experience.Deliver expert fitness coaching and advice to help clients reach their goals.Inspire and motivate both members and team members, fostering a positive gym culture.Uphold brand and service standards while driving member engagement and retention.Contribute to membership growth and the overall success of the club.What We’re Looking For:REPS/CIMSPA Level 2 Personal Trainer certification (or equivalent).Minimum 3 years’ personal training experience.Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.Energetic, proactive, and passionate about fitness.Strong organisational and time management abilities.What We Offer:Competitive salary: £26,000/year + bonusFlexible working hoursFree gym membershipEmployee discountsOn-site parkingIf you love fitness, motivating others, and being part of a thriving community, this is the role for you.
