With a strong European presence, Adsquare is expanding in the UK market, offering cutting-edge data solutions to improve audience insights and targeting.Your MissionAs a Sales Manager UK (f/m/d), you will be a key contributor to the Sales Team and will report to the General Manager UK.You close key deals with agencies, media buyers, and direct advertisersYou build strong relationships with key clients and partners, ensuring best-in-class customer service, overall campaign success, and high levels of customer satisfactionYou serve as a trusted consultant with major customers to optimize their advertising strategiesYou generate plans to define your selling strategies and tacticsYou manage your sales pipeline proactively in coordination with other teamsYou understand and adapt to Adsquare’s ongoing product and technology developments.You negotiate data usage contracts with key clientsYou effectively communicate the company’s value proposition and vision to partners and team membersYou are active in the mobile and/or programmatic community to develop a network and generate leads through conferences and social eventsYour ProfileYou have at least 2 years of experience in sales or business development roles in the digital media industry and/or data-driven digital advertising solutionsYou are proficient in face-to-face sales and cold callingYou have strong interpersonal skills and a good sense of business opportunitiesPrevious experience in real-time advertising, programmatic, and data management is a plusYou are willing to take on responsibility in a growing companyYou have strong negotiation and communication skillsYou are fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)Why us?On top of a competitive package…We are open to flexible work models: we work on a hybrid mode and remotelyTo encourage education and professional growth, we offer an individual yearly budget of 1,200€You are entitled to 30 vacation days per yearPublic transport contributionWe care about your mental health and provide you with coaching and counseling sessions through the collaboration with the Fürstenberg InstitutWe equip you with the latest hardware and provide you with all the tools you need to thrive
