Apply today and bring your maritime expertise to a team that values precision, innovation, and impact.Responsibilities Coordinate and oversee the planning and execution of sea trials for defence vessels; Collaborate with engineering, operations, and logistics teams to ensure readiness of equipment and personnel; Monitor sea trial activities, ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols and quality standards; Analyse trial outcomes and prepare detailed reports with recommendations for improvements; Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal stakeholders and client representatives; Support engineering assessments and provide technical input during trials; Ensure compliance with MOD and naval standards throughout the trial process.
