Head of Product Management & Propositions - Mortgages & Savings - FinTech Midlands, South, LondonHybridThe Head of Product will bring "hands on" Mortgage product portfolio management, as well as team and strategic leadership oversight of the bank’s product portfolio (Inc Savings book), ensuring it delivers sustainable growth, customer value, and competitive advantage in line with the bank’s vision and regulatory obligations.You would define and execute the Mortgages product & proposition strategy, oversee the development and lifecycle management of products, and ensuring they meet the evolving needs of customers, stakeholders, and regulators.This a "hands on" and product team leadership role, so joins as a key contributor and an active player in the banks "Go to Market" strategy, will work collaboratively across business units including risk, compliance, operations, technology, and commercial teams to deliver innovative, compliant, and profitable products.Require someone to foster a culture of customer-centricity and digital innovation, ensuring that product propositions are simple, accessible, and aligned to market trends and regulatory requirements.The role will also drive governance, financial performance, and risk management of the product suite, ensuring that products remain commercially viable, operationally sound, and socially responsible, while supporting the bank’s strategic priorities.Skills & ExperienceProven ability to develop and execute Mortgage product and proposition strategies aligned to business goals and regulatory requirements.Commercial awareness, with experience of managing P&L and driving profitability.Knowledge of market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies impacting the banking sector.Expertise in product lifecycle management, from concept through launch, maintenance, and retirement.Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire, coach, and develop high-performing teams.Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior and board level.Ability to foster cross-functional collaboration with technology, operations, compliance, and commercial teams.What's on offerThis is an exciting time to have impact and work with a great team as they look to build on their product proposition, customer engagement and market growth strategy.**Competitive Salary, Attractive Bonus & Benefits package**Senior Leadership team role
