Oracle APEX Developer

Please note you must be able to pass security clearance for this role (SC) due to our clients requirements, to gain this level of clearance you must have been a resident living in the UK for the past 5+ years.About This RoleAs an Oracle APEX Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Oracle Application Express (APEX) applications. Using your expertise in Oracle APEX, PL/SQL, and web technologies, you will collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their business requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient solutions.Alongside APEX, our team increasingly uses Oracle Visual Builder (VBCS) to extend Oracle Fusion and deliver modern, component-driven user interfaces. While APEX remains the core focus of this role, experience with - or a willingness to learn - VBCS is highly beneficial, as you will likely contribute to both APEX- and VBCS-based Fusion extensions across projects.Your work will involve building interactive user interfaces, developing custom functionality, optimising performance, and ensuring data integrity. As a key member of our technology team, you will help deliver high-quality, user-focused solutions that support our clients’ operational and strategic needs.You will collaborate closely with clients, project managers, and fellow developers to gather requirements and design solutions that meet those needs. You will also be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting existing applications to ensure they remain stable and performant.Responsibilities and RequirementsProvide an expert level of APEX product development skills capable of building applications that achieve significant improvements in end-user experience and process optimization.
