You'll work closely with our product development team to ensure that our solutions meet the evolving needs of schools and educators, and that our training programs are tailored to maximize the impact of our technology on teaching and learning.Key Responsibilities:Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for schools, educators, and administrators on our MIS and education technology solutions with a key focus on increasing use of self-service / self-guided learning journeys.Develop and maintain strong relationships with schools and educators to understand their needs, provide tailored support and training to enable improvements to TTFV and Adoption metrics.Collaborate with our product development team to ensure that our solutions are user-friendly, intuitive, and meet the evolving needs of schools and educators.Identify and prioritise training needs and develop strategies to address them.Develop and maintain training materials, including guides, tutorials, and webinars.Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting to schools and educators as needed.Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in education technology and MIS, and apply this knowledge to inform training programs and solutions.What will you need to succeed?Strong educational technology background, with experience in MIS systems and/or education technology training.Excellent training and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners of all levels.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with schools, educators, and administrators.Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and customer service.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide creative solutions.Strong understanding of education technology trends and best practices, with the ability to apply this knowledge to inform training programs and solutions.What do you get in return?25 days annual leave rising to 305% pensionState of the art officesAccess to a range of benefits via My Benefits WorldFree eye care coverLife AssuranceCycle to Work SchemeEAP (Employee assistance programme)Quarterly Tes SocialsAccess to an extensive Learning and Development menuWho are Tes?Tes is a global Edtech leader, on a mission to empower schools and educators to deliver impactful, inspiring learning experiences worldwide.
