We help people to start or advance an exciting career in events. Purpose of the role You’ll be the main salesperson in the business, advising potential students on which course is best for them, running them through the pricing options and of course, explaining the benefits of choosing to study with Event Crowd. You’ll work on the whole sales cycle, from initial contact to closing, dealing with inbound leads only from Google Ads, Meta and organic channels. You’ll be provided with full training and support to ensure you excel in your role.Key Responsibilities: Contacting new leads within 24 hoursManaging WhatsApp messages Completing booked sales callsFollowing up with leads on WhatsApp, email or calls Achieving sales targets on a monthly basis Who are we looking for? Previous Sales experience is preferred but not necessary The ability to manage multiple tasks throughout the day Resilience and the ability to bounce back after ‘no’s’High-energy personality Entrepreneurial spirit Experience with HubSpot or other CRM systems preferred but not necessary Why join us? 26k Basic salary + OTE £35-40k 32 days of annual leave plus Bank Holidays Opportunities for career progression in a fast-growing companyFlexible working hours dependent on business needs Working from home arrangements (unlocked after the probation period)Office facilitiesFree unlimited coffee Free on-site gymFree on-site parking Access to SkyLounge Fridge and microwave
