You’ll bring the magic: hosting unforgettable events, curating joyful experiences, and making every customer feel like part of the A&M story. You'll create a space where every individual and customer feels genuinely seen, valued and cared forPartner with your Store Manager to inspire and support your team to truly flourish and grow in their roles, cultivating an environment of open communication, collaborationYou’ll work with our VM team to lead the store’s experiential vision, ensuring strong results through creative visual merchandising and innovative campaigns that bring our brand story to lifeYou will support in driving local marketing initiatives, collaborating with the marketing team to engage your community, amplify campaigns, and generate excitement around new collectionsYou’ll commit to continuously optimising your social and environmental impact from both large to small decisions, staying committed within your role to together growing a sustainable businessYou’ll build brand loyalty by championing our CRM scheme, curating and hosting events, and creatively engaging with your local community in this exciting new concept storeEffectively manage stock and work closely with the services team to ensure all policies and processes are followed to ensure a risk free environmentBe the expert in product knowledge to drive sales, being agile and adaptable to motivate your team and make an impactWhat You'll Need To ThriveThis is a unique opportunity for a Supervisor who embraces change and innovation.
