A full job description is available on request, but to summarise your key responsibilities:Support strategic planning and range developmentPreparing reports and analysing performance and forecast demand to optimise stock levelsManage pricing, promotions, and product lifecycle from launch to exitCollaborate across teams to ensure smooth operations and great store availabilityPresent trade insights and drive actions from weekly performance reviewsMaintain accurate systems and trackers to support decision-makingThe Skills – MerchandiserTo be successful in this role, you’ll need the following skills, experience and qualities:Share our values of being: Wise, Focused, Genuine, Eager, TogetherMust have Merchandising experience preferably in a similar sized retail business (e.g. 100+ stores), understanding how support teams work together and collaborate.
