To successfully cross that bridge, they are investing in exceptional product leadership.This is a unique opportunity to join at the most exciting point possible: right before launch.The Role:We’re seeking a dynamic, strategic and highly driven Product Lead to take ownership of the platform as it moves from development into real-world deployment. You will be the central link between engineering, early adopters, sales, operations and leadership, ensuring what has been built in R&D translates into a compelling, scalable, market-ready solution.This role blends product strategy, customer insight, user experience design, sales enablement and launch readiness. You will define the product’s identity in the market, shape the roadmap, validate value propositions with pilot customers, and build everything needed for a successful 2026 release.Key Responsibilities:Translate years of technical development into a clear, customer-ready product.Define the go-to-market approach, packaging, positioning and core value proposition.Prioritise features and roadmap decisions based on market need, commercial impact and feasibility.Establish success metrics, adoption targets and data-driven decision frameworks.Translate user problems into actionable requirements for engineering teams.Support strategic sales engagements, technical scoping and early-stage prospect conversations.Define ideal customer profiles and critical commercial narratives.Ensure the customer-facing experience (interfaces, workflows, software elements) is intuitive and effective.Work with sales, operations and leadership to build a fully aligned launch strategy.Provide market intelligence to support business and investment decisions.The Profile:You’ll be a high-energy, commercially aware and insight-driven Product Leader who loves turning technical innovation into market-ready solutions.You will:Be deeply customer-centric with a passion for understanding real-world problems.Possess strong communication skills across technical and non-technical groups.Bring a decisive, outcomes-driven mindset.Know what “launch ready” looks like and how to guide a product to market success.Operate with confidence in high-growth, fluid environments where pace matters.Blend strategic thinking with hands-on execution.Experience Required:5+ years in Automotive product management or product leadership roles.Experience launching new Automotive, technology products.Strong background in customer engagement, validation and product-market fit.Track record in defining product positioning, messaging and launch strategy.Ability to influence without authority and steer cross-functional teams.Comfort operating in experimental or R&D-heavy environments.If you’re inspired by the idea of taking a breakthrough technology from R&D into the real world, shaping its identity, and leading the journey to launch, we would love to hear from you.
