These roles are highly valuable to our success, and we are incredibly excited to introduce this opportunity to the market.The roleWith an inherent passion for London’s prime residential property market, we are seeking an accomplished Area Manager to operate both Sales and Lettings across West London. This position offers the opportunity to curate exceptional client experiences while managing transactions from initial engagement through to successful completion.Possess an in-depth understanding of all properties within your portfolio, area, and region @DruceGenerate and carry out self market appraisals for both Sales and Lettings, and progress each to new property instructionsUndertake any additional appraisals allocated by team membersReceive incoming leads for applicants, both Sales and Lettings, further qualify them, developing the relationship to a level necessary to service their property-related needsIdentify suitable properties for applicants and arrange viewings accordinglyContinue communication and requalify applicants to generate further viewings and offersLead and progress the sales/lettings process once under offer by continuously communicating with all stakeholders with administration supportEnsure readiness of the property before the move-in date with support from Property Management, as necessaryActively up-sell and cross-sell our additional products to all customers engaging with @Druce (e.g. insurance, mortgage etc.)Ensure all database entries and property records are accurately maintained and updatedThe person@Druce we’re different – and that means we attract different people.
