Project Manager *pre construction & delivery*This role is based between Henley on Thames and Central London.This is a great opportunity to work for an exciting company who help design & build amazing workspaces. If you have experience project managing in the design & build fit out space, this role could be for you. In some instances, the Project Manager will manage both Pre-Construction (Estimating & Design Coordination) and Delivery phases. In others, they will take over projects post-handover, focusing solely on project delivery and client management.Key Responsibilities· Oversee day-to-day management of projects from contract award to practical completion and handover.· Lead and coordinate internal and external teams including Design, Construction, M&E, and Compliance.· Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.· Chair project meetings, issue minutes, and follow up on actions.· Monitor programmes, risk registers, and progress reports.· Manage client communications and maintain strong working relationships.· Ensure smooth handover and close-out documentation, including O&M manuals and snagging completion.QualificationsDegree or HND in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or related5+ project management experience within the fit out sectorExperience managing both pre construction estimating and delivery phases Strong understanding of construction processes, design co-ordination and JCT contractsSMSTS Certificate
