They are committed to empowering businesses through advanced analytics, AI, and their modern data architecture.Why join them?Work at the intersection of data engineering, analytics, and AI.Influence the future of their enterprise data platform.Career growth in a rapidly evolving data and AI landscape.The RoleThis is no ordinary Solutions Engineer role, this would suit a presales engineer or vendor solutions engineer or architect with skills and experience in Natural Language Processing and LLM based products.Specifically, you will play a key role in enabling advanced AI/LLM capabilities and driving self-service analytics across the organisation. You’ll design and implement modern data models, onboard internal customers to the analytics platform, and continuously improve the data ecosystem for scalability and accuracy.Key responsibilities:Lead customer onboarding for analytics platforms, delivering training and technical support.Enrich datasets for AI/LLM applications, including metadata management and semantic layers.Monitor Natural Language Query (NLQ) performance and implement optimisation strategies.Develop and maintain a strategic roadmap for platform scalability and accuracy.Design and develop integrated data models using DBT and dimensional modelling best practices.Your ExperienceWe’re looking for a proactive, problem-solving professional with strong technical and communication skills.Essential experience:3+ years in analytics engineering, data engineering, or similar roles.Familiarity with AI/LLM concepts and NLQ tools used in data visualisationPower BI - Q&Q, Thoughtspot - SearchIQ / SpotIQ, Tableau - AskDataExpert proficiency in DBT and advanced SQL.Customer-facing experience in training or implementation.You will play a critical role in the democratization of data within this company, working as the internal product specialist and allowing business users to query data and get what they need via natural language.
