You’ll play a key role in selling high-value IT consulting and transformation services—including observability, cybersecurity, cloud, and managed services.In this role, you will:Identify and qualify new business opportunities across observability, security, managed services, and cloud.Build strong relationships with enterprise decision-makers Collaborate with technical and consulting teams to create value-led solution proposals.Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting and discovery to negotiation and close.Drive outbound prospecting through email, phone, LinkedIn, and events.Maintain accurate forecasts and keep CRM (HubSpot) data clean and up to date.Represent NETbuilder at industry events, conferences, and networking activities.What You Bring2–5 years of experience in IT sales, BDR/SDR roles, or similar—ideally within consulting or enterprise technology.Proven track record of hitting or exceeding new business KPIs and revenue targets.Solid understanding of the IT landscape—bonus if you have exposure to observability, cloud, or cyber security.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Confidence in outbound sales and in engaging senior stakeholders (C-level, Heads of Engineering, etc.).Highly self-driven, ambitious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-led environment.Nice-to-HaveExperience selling Cribl, Splunk, or other observability solutions.Background in selling managed services/MSP offerings.Exposure to UK mid-market and SME buyers.Experience within an IT consultancy or transformation-focused organisation.What We OfferCompetitive base salary + uncapped commission rewarding enterprise-level wins.A collaborative, expert-led environment within a growing observability & transformation business.Access to an exceptional technical and consulting team to support your sales efforts.Strong career growth opportunities as we expand across EMEA and the Americas.A modern London office and a culture built on energy, empathy, and excellence.Join UsAt NETbuilder, we don’t just deliver projects — we empower clients to own their future.If you’re ambitious, curious, and excited about selling world-class IT transformation services, we’d love to hear from you.
