We're hiring a Finance Analyst to join our client's plant finance team and support one of their crucial manufacturing sites. If you have strong analytical skills and a passion for driving performance through data, this could be your next move.What you’ll do:Deliver weekly/monthly financial reporting and variance analysis on key metrics like production volumes, labour costs, and fixed costsSupport forecasting and planning processesBuild and improve KPI models and reporting toolsPartner with manufacturing, supply chain, and planning teams to drive performanceAssist with scenario modelling and process improvement initiativesWhat you’ll need:Minimum 3 years of experience in finance, preferably in FMCG or manufacturingIdeally you will either be a part-qualified/finalist or qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA or equivalent).
