The company is driven by innovation, strong partnerships, and a commitment to delivering exceptional commercial results for the brands it represents.Role OverviewThis role plays a key part in supporting the commercial function across several product categories. You will partner with internal teams and external retail contacts to ensure smooth execution of launches, promotions, and day-to-day trading activity.Key ResponsibilitiesGather, verify and circulate sales, stock and performance information using retailer systems and reporting toolsCoordinate product setup and data requirements for new product introductions with retail partnersMonitor promotional activity, ensuring all agreed campaigns are activated accurately and on timeUse retail analytics platforms to extract shopper and category insights, summarising key trends for the teamTrack compliance of in-store and online promotional execution, raising issues where neededSupport commercial activities related to point-of-sale materials and implementation checksBuild constructive working relationships with retail counterparts, supporting joint business plansWork closely with marketing, supply chain and operational teams to ensure aligned deliveryExperience & SkillsProficient in Microsoft Office & PowerBIConfident using Excel and other reporting tools, with strong attention to detailComfortable working with data, extracting insights and supporting decision-makingExcellent time management, able to work confidently to structured deadlinesExperience within a commercial data environment, ideally within FMCG, beauty, or consumer goodsStrong communication skills with the ability to build relationships and manage stakeholders
