Customer & Solutions Engineer (UK) – Rapidly Growing Series A | Remote Wundertalent is exclusively supporting a fast growing, Series A data reliability company that is redefining how modern data teams detect, prevent, and resolve data issues across the entire data lifecycle.Their platform is used by high growth scale ups and global enterprises to deliver trusted, reliable, high quality data and with exceptional customer traction, they’re now expanding their technical GTM team in the UK.This is an incredible opportunity for a presales minded Solutions Engineer who loves working at the intersection of technical depth, customer engagement, and deal strategy.Why This Role?Join one of Europe’s most exciting Series A companies in the data reliabilty spaceWork directly with enterprise customers, solving complex data challengesSignificant exposure to sales strategy, product direction, and customer architectureBe part of a high-velocity, deeply technical, and supportive GTM teamWhat You’ll Be Doing80% – Presales / New BusinessYou’ll be the technical partner to the Sales team, owning everything from discovery to proof-of-concept:Lead tailored, high-impact demos that clearly articulate platform valueRun Proofs of Concept from kickoff through to success criteria deliveryAdvise prospects on architecture, integrations, and best practices in modern data observabilityMap the platform’s capabilities to complex customer environments across the modern data stackSupport RFP/RFI responses and build reusable technical documentationShape deal strategy by providing technical insight, identifying champions, and supporting competitive positioningAct as a subject-matter expert in data observability, reliability, and governance20% – Customer Success & EngagementYou’ll stay close to a select group of existing customers to ensure strong adoption and long-term success:Act as their technical point of contact for onboarding and architecture guidanceTroubleshoot and optimise configurationsSupport renewals and expansion opportunities in partnership with Customer SuccessGather customer insights to feed into product roadmap decisionsInternal CollaborationYou’ll work across multiple teams internally to strengthen the product and GTM engine:Partner with Product & Engineering to relay field insights and influence roadmapContribute to technical playbooks, demo environments, and documentationHelp build scalable presales processes as the team continues to expandWhat we are Looking ForStrong technical background across the modern data stack (warehousing, ETL/ELT, orchestration, BI, APIs, cloud)Previous experience in Presales, Solutions Engineering, or a customer-facing technical roleAbility to translate complex technical concepts into clear business impactExcellent communication skills — confident running demos and leading technical discoverySomeone who loves fast-paced environments, problem-solving, and working directly with senior stakeholders
