Due to the nature of their industry (Adventure Sport) they are looking for working days of Wednesday – Sunday with a Mon, Tue weekend ideally.The successful candidate for the Customer Operations Manager will have the following attributes and experience:An organisational mindset with a positive manner and open personalityHave team leadership skills with the ability to motivateHave a solution resolution approachGood attention to detail as with the ability to multitaskA passion for adventure sportIf you have worked for an action based, customer centric company or perhaps have had a career in hospitality you could have the transferable skills that would be perfect for the role.
