We believe in treating people first, always, and in building a culture of accountability, creativity, and commercial thinking.Does this sound promising to you?Roles and ResponsibilitiesGeneral responsibilities:Optimise on-page content, copy, and landing pages.Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.Perform technical site audits and recommend fixes.Collaborate with the team to implement SEO best practices.Track, analyse, and report on organic performance.Reporting & collaboration:Report directly to the Director.Work closely with our in-house designers, developers, and account managers.Day-to-day:Carry out keyword research and mapping for clients.Audit websites and implement on-page optimisations.Build and maintain content strategies (blog silos, pillar pages).Deliver clear, actionable reports to clients.Mindset & impact:We’re looking for someone who’s commercially aware, data-driven, and positive in the face of challenges.
